Navigating grief is like finding yourself adrift in an ocean of emotions, where the tides of sorrow ebb and flow, sometimes gently lapping at your soul, and at other times crashing in like relentless waves. It's a journey that starts with a profound loss, leaving you stranded in a vast sea of memories and unanswered questions. As you wade into the depths of grief, it feels like you're walking through a thick fog that obscures your vision, disorienting you from the familiar landscape of life.

The weight of your emotions bears down on your shoulders like an anchor, dragging you beneath the surface, making even the simplest tasks feel like an uphill battle. In this swirling tempest of emotions, you may feel isolated on your own island of sorrow, cut off from the world around you. Friends and family may try to offer solace, but their words and gestures often feel like distant echoes, unable to bridge the chasm of loss you're experiencing.

As days turn into weeks, navigating grief feels like a constant struggle against powerful currents of sadness, anger, and guilt. The tiniest triggers can send you spiraling into a torrent of memories, each one a poignant reminder of what once was and what is now lost. It's as if you're caught in a never-ending storm, and the sun of hope and happiness seems to have vanished from the horizon.

Yet, amid the darkness, there are moments of stillness and clarity, like brief pauses in the storm when the clouds part, revealing a glimmer of sunlight. During these moments, you may find yourself reflecting on the beauty and significance of the relationship you had with the one you've lost, cherishing the precious memories like pearls in the depths.

As time goes on, you gradually learn to navigate these tumultuous waters with a sense of resilience. The waves of grief may still wash over you unexpectedly, but you develop the strength to ride them, acknowledging your emotions without letting them engulf you completely.

As you continue to navigate grief, you begin to notice small glimpses of healing, like the first signs of life on a barren island. The pain remains, but it transforms into a bittersweet reminder of the love you shared. You start to embrace the duality of grief—the sorrow alongside the joy, the ache alongside the gratitude for what once was.

Slowly, the fog begins to lift, and the path forward becomes less obscured. You start to realize that the journey through grief is not about forgetting or "getting over" the loss but about learning to carry it with you, like a seashell picked up on the shore of sorrow, etched with the memories of your loved one.

And so, in this ocean of grief, you become both the sailor and the ship. You steer yourself through the tides of emotions, embracing the journey's challenges and seeking the distant shores of acceptance and peace. Surrender is a truly transformative immersion into your shadows becoming aware of and unravelling your habitual patterns and limiting beliefs. Mastery over your emotions strengthening your energy body enabling you to digest and hold all emotions without them over whelming or controlling you. Surrender is self acceptance, self love and compassion for all of life’s experiences. Revealing your power and wisdom to consciously chose rather than un consciously live from your trauma and conditioning.

Healing takes and and space, going at a gentle pace in order for you to fully integrate and embody the transformations. For this reason longer immersions are preferred giving you more support throughout your journey.

My name is Hollie Prema

For most of my life I lived by suppressing my grief. I was afraid that if I let myself fully grieve I would taken down down to the depths and could never come up for air. I dint know how to be with my grief and yet it was always there. It created a deep fear of loss which translated into my relationships that made me stay in toxic un healthy relationships for fear abandonment.

I felt a lot of anger which I felt guilty about. Anger was my protection that kept me from getting hurt and having to feel that pain of separation all over again. I felt unworthy of love which created habitual patterns of behaviour in a desperate attempt to feel worthy. I would continuously abandon myself over and over again, believing if I could only get someone to love me I would be worthy of love.

When I allowed myself to fully feel grief it revealed to me all my patterns, my liming beliefs and took me to the depths of my heart revealing its true face was love. I serve as a guide, for those who feel their hearts desire to heal and fully process their grief. Death is a part of life but when we fear and suppress it, it controls us and limits us in life.

Death has become a beautiful friend and teacher that makes me live in a way where I take nothing for granted. To live fully in the present, with an open heart, without fear and fully alive.
